Sun Mountain 2010 Zero-G Carry Bag Review

Sun Mountain 2010 Zero-G Carry Bag
Average Reviews:

I've have had countless carry bags but the 2010 Sun Mountain ZERO-G has to be rated at the top of the list. It's great looking, light as a feather, durable and the 7 pockets are easy to get to androomy. For me personally, I don't use the hip belt as the courses I usually play are rather flat. I'm sure other's would, especially if you're playing on a hilly or on a rough terrain type of course it may come in handy to secure the bag. The Z strap is easy to use and throw over your shoulders and the legs come down quickly and securly no matter what you're putting the bag on. The balance is great and it's easy to load or take out of your vehicle with a heavy strap at the end of the bag that you can actually get your hand through. It costs a little more than most bags but let's face it. You get what you pay for. So if you've put off buying this bag because of the price, go for it. You won't be sorry and like me, you will wish you hadn't waited.

The bag is extremely beautiful and have received many complements on the looks of the bag.The organization of the clubs is something that could be improved on.Nice feature of zipperless ball pouch, but not very large.Nice weight and a sturdy stand, just wish the clubs would stay seperated.

Sun Mountain 2010 Four 5 Stand Bag Review

Sun Mountain 2010 Four 5 Stand Bag
Average Reviews:

It's an OK bag. It's not as great as people are making it out to be. The thing it has going for it is that it is LIGHT, very LIGHT. That's about it. Everything else is standard stuff - except that it needs 2 more pockets: one for the scorecard (a nice slot/slit outside of the ball pocket would've been nice); and one more separate small compartment somewhere around the mid-section to hold the GPS/Phone unit. If you were to put it on a driving cart, because of the way the snap leg sticks out it only goes on the cart one way. You'll have to re-arrange your clubs to suit the way it faces. It also could use a putter pit - it's annoying that you have to mix your putter in with all the other clubs. It does its job, it has certain functionality, it just lacks these couple of small things, especially for a walker like me who need these simple slots to make this bag really useful.

OGIO Grom Stand Bag Review

OGIO Grom Stand Bag
Average Reviews:

This is a new bag for me so I don't have much experience with it, but I am blown away with all the storage areas, little storage tricks, and how well made and sturdy everything seems to be.the pockets all have tiny lables in them to tell you what they are for !!Wow.I really like the handle on the top, I always carried my old bag that way, even without the handle.

Figured I should write something to counter the moron who rated the bag 1 star because of a problem with a store.Sheesh.

UPDATE -
OK, Now I have actually used it. What is the one thing a stand bag should do? STAND!!! And it doesn't. The foot is too small. I have used a stand bag for 15 years, and when I put this one down the same way, the legs often don't kick out enough unless I actively push down on the bag. Especially on uneven or soft ground, though it also happened on a gravel cart path and on the fringe of the green. I was really excited about this bag but I am returning it.Changed from 5 stars to 2.

OGIO Ozone Stand Bag Review

OGIO Ozone Stand Bag
Average Reviews:

I am very surprised at how bad this bag is.I wore out my last Ogio bag after 5 years of use and bought this bag on-line from Amazon because of how much I liked my old one. That was a mistake; this bag is of very poor quality with a much different strap system that is impossible to adjust comfortable for two shoulders. The top of the bag cannot be adjusted much beyond horizontal so the clubs can and do fall out too easily.Second, the fabric they used on the bag and strap is very abrasive so be prepared to have your skin rubbed raw carrying this bag.It does have plenty of pockets and other convenient features - but this is a carry bag and it should be comfortable to carry not a cart bag.Bottom line; find a different bag to carry.
